This type of equipment allows for simultaneous reception and packaging of mineral fertilizers from any type of transport (rail, road, water transport).
Density of product is adjustable, standard model is configured for 0.47 – 1.9 t / m3 and a fraction size of 1-5 mm.
As a container, a polypropylene container of the “BIG-BAG” type “two rigging loops” with a polyethylene liner is usually used.
For small packaging, a 50 kg polypropylene bag with a polyethylene liner for sewing or a valve polyethylene bag with a liner is used.
All sets of equipment are very technological, easy to operate and equipped with a liner welding system.
It is allowed to use equipment for packaging any other bulk material.
The automation of the equipment significantly simplifies and facilitates the management of the installation, minimizes the weighing error and allows for remote process control via the Internet.

The warranty period is 12 months.
