  • The maximum productivity is 300 tons/day.
  • Power consumption in the working condition – 40 kW / h.
  • The water supply of the installation is up to 20 m3/h.
  • Providing dry components – up to 20 tons / h.
  • Providing ammonia water (25%) – up to 4 m3/h.
  • Personnel – at least 2 employees (an operator and assistant operator – a forklift driver).

  • bulk components loading hopper mounted on strain gauges
  • ammonia water supply unit
  • dissolver mounted on strain gauges (volume 15 m3)
  • water-jet washout unit with mixing screw
