Equipment with a high degree of automation of technological processes for the production of UAN (urea-ammonium mixture) and liquid fertilizers (liquid complex fertilizers).

The product is produced by controlled connection process and dissolution of dry and liquid components followed by filtration ready solution up to 130 (!) microns, with total productivity from 4 to 20 or more tons per hour.

The warranty period is 24 months.
This technology allows you to produce quality liquid fertilizers of nitrogen (N) group, complex (NPK) group of 6 bulk macro-components (monoammonium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, potassium hydroxide, ammonium nitrate, urea) and liquid micro-components (ammonia water, phosphoric acid, zinc chelate, magnesium molybdenum, iron, etc.).

The process flow diagram is developed considering the optimal arrangement of the line units based on the customer’s technical specifications, the dimensions of the existing premises or new construction.
